The grounds and trails at the Wallisch Homestead are open from dawn till dusk. Explore almost 100 acres of scenic nature trails, wetlands and meadows, home to a diversity of plant, bird and insect life. Have a picnic on the expansive lawns, in the shade of the 19th century creamery or barn. Come take a tour of the property and buildings during one of our events or contact us for a tour.
However you plan to enjoy Wallisch Homestead, here’s a few things to keep in mind:
- Please park only along the street or in the driveway.
- This is tick country; heavy-duty bug spray is highly recommended.
- ATV-use is strictly prohibited.
- Please carry out all trash.
- Dogs are welcome, but must be leashed. Please clean up after your dog.
